The spa was absolutely amazing with clean and warm water in the jacuzzi. Plus, having ski storage right at the hotel was super convenient. Our family room had ample space, a nice bathroom, and excellent WiFi for the kids to enjoy their devices. We really appreciated the natural orange juice available every morning.
Felt special, no reason to complain.

The wellness area was fantastic, I found the giant spa bath a lifesaver after long days on the slopes!
It wasn't exactly cheap, but still totally acceptable for the experience.

The location is fantastic, only a minute away from lifts, pubs, and restaurants! The twin room with spa access was modern and impeccably clean. The spa facilities provided a great way to unwind without large crowds. I particularly enjoyed the diverse food options for breakfast and dinner, especially the fresh seafood. The breakfast hours allowed for flexibility after ski days.
Unfortunately, the street noise could be distracting in the evenings.

The staff were genuinely attentive and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel welcome from the start. The spa was a fantastic retreat after an exhausting day on the slopes, truly a highlight of our visit. Our room offered a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. Also, a heated boot room kept our gear dry overnight, making our mornings much smoother.
While the overall cleanliness was good, I noticed that some common areas could use more frequent tidying.

The reception area was welcoming and the
staff, especially Pablo, made us feel right at home. He provided great recommendations and the room was comfortable, though the windows let in a bit too much noise from outside at night.
